Best Uses
Comments about Bowflex Multi-Point Foot Harness:
If you own any extreme model and work your legs, then this is a must buy. When I first starting training with my extreme I used the ankle cuff grip, which never stayed in place. It would find it's way up my leg, and eventually cause discomfort which translates into not being able to focus on the motion I was performing. So I purchased the shoe harness and all that changed. No more worrying about keeping the cuffs in place. Right from the first time I used them I knew it was money well spent. I was able to get much better leg workouts.
The down side.... They were a bit difficult to get on the shoes, and they have a nylon pad on the bottom which is REALLY SLICK ! So be careful walking around, and don't use them for squats or calf raises.
To close, I have a dedicated pair of shoes that they will remain fastened to which I put on for those excersises, and that is most likely the best & quickest way to use them.
Pros
- Great Workout
- Physically Challenging
Cons
Best Uses
- Getting Into Shape
- Learning New Techniques
Comments about Bowflex Multi-Point Foot Harness:
The harness is much better than the run-of-the-mill ankle straps. You have more control over the movement as well as the muscles you are working.
