Comments about Nautilus E514 Elliptical:
You can assemble this by yourself. The manual is well designed with good directions and illustrations. I am 5'3" and the hardest part was getting it into the house with the help of Wendy, my neighbor. The packing is very good and all arrived in great shape. It took me about 3 hours to finish the assembly.

Great that it fits in our bedroom, easy to use, and it's a great workout. While I watch my favorite shows, I can workout at the same time. My husband just had spinal fusion surgery, and this is a recommended low impact workout!

I am new to this. Can the resistance levels changed? Can this product be purchased at any retail outlets?

Hello - The resistance level can be adjusted by using the up and down button on the console. This will make the product harder or easier to pedal. The E514 is sold in some selected The Sports Authority stores and Play It Again stores.Answered on 5/23/2011 by Rick from NLS_WHQ

can it be moved easy around the homeAsked on 2/1/2011 by Darrel from Jonesville mi2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Hello Darrel,
Thanks for the email. Yes, the E514 can be moved throughout the home. It was designed with transport wheels on the front stabilizer that are engaged by lifting up on the handle on the rear part of the unit. Simply lift the rear part up and pull or push the unit to the desired location.
Best regards,
RickAnswered on 2/3/2011 by Rick from NLS-WHQA:
Just got this two weeks ago, and while it is smaller than most I do not consider it easily moveable. The two young men who delivered it were out of breath by the time they got it from the truck into the house. But I am very pleased with it so far, it is quiet, solid and stable.Answered on 2/7/2011 by Chris from Minneapolis, MN
