My wife loves using the bike. This is the first piece of exercise equipment she's ever loved. My wife has had 11 surgeries on her ankle from a cheerleader accident in college. She had tried all kinds of treadmills, climbers, bikes, and this is the first one that she has been able to use consistently. The low impact and comfortable ride has kept here using the bicycle. This is a must for beginners and people who are looking for good low impact training.

There is a new model and an old model both called the 220. The old model has a monochrome console shaped like the 240 and is currently being sold in retail. The console lets you enter custom info for one user (weight, age, etc) and it keeps track of your workout. However, this can only be done for 1 person. Anyone else has to use the Guest setting and it does not track your efforts from session to session. Don't know if the new 220 has this same limitation. Otherwise it is a good solid bike that I would recommend, particularly if only one person is going to use it or if you don't want to track workouts for more than one person.

We have a mini spa room at our home, and I like being able to exercise whenever I have a few minutes...and need a physical/mental energy boost. I also belong to a exercise center on our island, but, the convenience of home exercise is what I need at this stage of my life.

I love my bike. I use it to help with my leg pain. It makes a difference when I ride it in the mornings. I am able to move much better after the exercise. In addition, the lady who was my salesperson was so nice and handled all of my concerns beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an exercise bike.

Very sturdy, solid piece of equipment, has heart rate monitor leads on the handles and an LCD readout. The only quibbles I have with this item are minor. The seat is a bit hard on my posterior, the readout is a bit difficult for me to make out as it is unlit -- perhaps LEDs would have been a better choice, the seat adjustment is a bit stiff and difficult to use.

Display is useless and impossible to see unless the room is very bright. ...needs a brightness and contrast adjustment knob. Backlighting would help too. Fan on the console is useless.
