i love this machine i get on it about every time i pass it and it really does help you take the weight off and in about 2wks my friends, and family say daggon how much weight you lost you even look much thinner you have the fan to keep COOL and keep a measure on your pulse, read you a book ,and i use the drink holders for my 3 lb weights fit just fine and very conveinent to pick um up and walk with them,i've lost from 206 to 191 since i got my schwinn 860 treadmill 1/4/12 and i LOVE it

I just got this treadmill from my husband for Christmas. My husband researched treadmills to death and this was the best, in the price range, that he could find. Since I starting working full-time this year and have 3 kids, going to the gym to run has not been an option. I have used this treadmill 3 times now and think it is awesome! I can put in my weight and it tells me accurately how many calories I have burned...that helps to motivate me to push myself. It is very quiet and smooth. The only negative thing that I have about this treadmill is that there is not a built in cool down in the programming. So for example, I can do the calorie burner and set it at 400 calories and once my goal is attained it just stops. Its not really that big of a deal because I can start it and walk some more on quick start, but it would be nice if it did have a coold down period. Besides that I cannot say enough great things about this!
