This product is great and I would recommend it to everyone from the beginner to pro athlete. It is a great core stabilizing workout and works not only the core but also your hip, thighs and buttocks. No impact, and workout DVD gives you a great start.

    I use the ab ball a couple times a week and it is one of the best and effective abdominal workout I have ever used. Not only is it working my abs but also my things, hips and backside. My favorite workout piece.
