Q:i just got my bowflex trainer but i need bluetooth 4 digit pin.
thanksAsked on 1/23/2015 by nirav from clifton nj
A:Hi! It is not necessary to have a PIN. Because it uses Bluetooth Low Energy, the Max Trainer™ machine does not “pair” like a traditional Bluetooth device, and does not require a PIN. You'll want to do the following:
1. Make sure your Max Trainer™ M5 is turned on and showing the “Welcome” screen.
2. Launch the app and touch the gray Bluetooth symbol near the top of the screen.
3. The app will prompt you to scan for, and connect to, your Max Trainer™ M5.
Your device is now connected to your Max Trainer™ M5.Answered on 1/28/2015 by Anonymous
Q:We are putting the TC20 on a new hardwood floor with the machine mat. Will I need to put something else under the mat to not have any discoloration or indentations on my hardwood floor?Asked on 1/5/2015 by Jamie from Seguin, TX
A:Hi Jamie! The machine mat will be enough for under the TreadClimber and shouldn't discolor your floor. Thank you.Answered on 1/6/2015 by Anonymous
Q:Could you please verify that the mat is 1/2 inch thick? That is hard to believe. Thank you.Asked on 12/25/2014 by Pam from Salt Lake City
A:Hi Pam. The Bowflex Cardio Machine Mat is less than 1/8" thick. Thank you.Answered on 12/31/2014 by Anonymous
A:The mat is not 1/2 inch thick, maybe 1/8th. I returned it and bought a mat off Amazon that was about $30 and slightly thicker and it works great.Answered on 1/31/2015 by Stacey from Stony Brook, NY
Q:Hi, I want to use this mat for the M5 MAX Trainer and I have hardwood floors. Would this mat support noise reduction for the tenants underneath me? Or do I need to purchase something else in addition?
Thank youAsked on 12/13/2014 by Laura from Brooklyn, NY
A:Hi Laura. The Bowflex MAX Trainer M5 is a fairly quiet machine in and of itself, and noise from its use should not travel beyond your own unit but the mat would provide an additional layer of buffering as well as protect your hardwood floors.Answered on 12/16/2014 by Anonymous
Q:If this mat is used on hardwood; will there be any discolouration? Is there any issue with moisture staying trapped underneath.Asked on 9/25/2014 by Lorna from Ontario
A:Hi Lorna! To our knowledge, you shouldn't encounter any discoloration issues, nor any problems with moisture getting trapped underneath the mat. If you have concerns about this, I recommend putting something underneath the mat, such as a carpet remnant, and then put the mat on top of it, to provide separation between the mat and the flooring.Answered on 9/29/2014 by Anonymous
Q:How thick is the mat?Asked on 8/14/2014 by Stacey from Stony Brook
A:Hi Stacey! The Bowflex Cardio Machine Mat is 1/2" thick.Answered on 8/18/2014 by Anonymous
A:I just received this mat. This mat is less than 1/8 inches thick.Answered on 12/31/2014 by Mike from Salt Lake
A:Sorry Stacy this mat is not 1/2" thick but instead is 1/8" thick.Answered on 12/9/2014 by JC from Jamestown NC
A:I have the mat too, and it is thin. It is nowhere near the 1/2" thick claimed, maybe it's 1/8th" at best. However, it's still quite a nice mat, but just not thick and cushy. It's the perfect size for the Max Trainer. I think someone from Customer Care needs to get out a ruler, then correct her postings.Answered on 2/3/2015 by Fluff from Los Angeles, CA
Q:What material is this made out of? Is it rubber or latex?Asked on 1/26/2014 by Holly
A:Hello Holly- The mat is a rubber based material.Answered on 1/28/2014 by NW
