Q:
Some of your bikes are listed as having 'eddy current' resistance and others 'magnetic' resistance. What is the difference?Asked on 12/15/2015 by Soapmanic1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Basically both types of resistance are considered magnetic. The Eddy Current Break allows you to use electromagnetic braking which allows the resistance levels to adjust more quickly. It gives you more control over the resistance.Answered on 12/16/2015 by Schwinn
Q:
how do you open the bike to replace batteries?Asked on 9/6/2015 by Haidi confused from manchester, mo1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Hi Haidi, the batteries on the A15 are in the back of the console. They can be accessed via a small plastic cover. Then it's just replacing them and making sure the new batteries point in the +/– direction shown in the battery bay. Thanks.Answered on 9/7/2015 by Anonymous

Thanks so much.Asked on 7/9/2014 by Linda1 answer

Hi Linda! The results from each workout are displayed at the end of the workout or if the workout is cancelled. As there is no user profile set up on the Schwinn A15, there is no place to save cumulative statistics.Answered on 7/11/2014 by Anonymous
