  The workouts in this video do not apply to the Xtreme series home gyms. We recommend using the Bowflex I-Trainer instead, as it is compatible with all of the rod based home gyms.

  The Bowflex Bodybuilding Workout Video Set is not a great fit since the PR3000 has a similar functionality to the Xtreme series home gyms We recommend using the Bowflex I-Trainer (SKU: 000-3899) instead, as it is compatible with all of the rod based home gyms.
