Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike:
Got this to loose some weight and get some excercise. Have had it for one day. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Computer is a little tough to figure out at first, but once you start to use it it gets better. Took the fitness test, but dont know what the score compares to general averages. Dosn't really matter though, I don't care about how fit other people are, just me.

Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike:
I am 6'3" and use this bike nearly everyday, either in conjunction with a dumbbell weight upper body workout or as a cardio workout after an alternate weight lifting session. I love that it runs on DC vs. batteries like my last system. While I have some issue with the comfort of the seat after 30+ minutes riding, overall it is a smooth, comfortable exercise bike, stable and versatile in it's workout options. A couple of comments on the heart monitor; don't put your cell/smartphone on top of the unit (cup holder, etc) as that has shown to keep the heart monitor from working. Also, as the program monitors average heart rate, you basically have to hold the handles the entire time to get a true average. I haven't used the specific fitness test exercise program yet, but I have a couple of custom programs which really provides added flexibility over the already ample selection. Overall, a GREAT bike, especially for the price!

Comments about Schwinn 150 Upright Bike:
Short version:
All good... very pleased!
Longer version:
I researched all versions of aerobic exercise machines and found the upright bike to be the best and most economical.
I then researched upright bikes and found this Schwinn 150 to be ideal... stable for big guys and it is now possible to exercise daily independent of weather.
The wheels allow me to easily move it daily for my routine. I roll it into my office, plug it in, startup a Hulu streaming episode on my monitor, grab a towel and go after it for 30 minutes.
I found that pool shoes with rubber soles plus socks are a perfect match for the pedals, tennis shoes in my size are a little too big for comfortable use with the bike's pedals/straps.
I could not be more pleased and love tracking the post-workout stats (and my decreasing weight) on a daily basis.
